Namaste! National Yoga Month

September is National Yoga Month! Since this month is already coming to a close, I wanted to be sure I showed some yoga love! Yoga is one of my favorite workouts. It’s not only great for the body, but good for the mind and the soul. Here are a few simple, easy to learn poses for you to try out. Namaste!

Plank:

  • Strengthens your upper body, arms, wrist and spine.
  • Promotes good posture. Builds endurance.

  • Relieves depression and stress.
